Dovevamo capire la differenza tra i tre tipi di olii. A livello di gusto e di olfatto \u00e8 stato strano. Perch\u00e9 io ho sempre mangiato un solo tipo di olio. Avere questi tre tipi diversi e capire la differenza non \u00e8 stato facile. Ma \u00e8 stato bello. Perch\u00e9 ho capito quante diversit\u00e0 ci sono in un tipo di alimento e quanto il processo di produzione pu\u00f2 influire su quello. A livello di olfatto si sentiva la diversit\u00e0 nei vari tipi e si capiva quale di questi era stato realizzato al meglio. A livello di gusto la differenza che noti \u00e8 stata la piccantezza. Grazie a queste degustazioni riesco a capire di pi\u00f9 sul mondo dell&#8217;olio.
