In questa intervista Viviana presenta il corso e l\u2019esperienza formativa degli attuali studenti.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Perch\u00e9 la scelta del corso di Laurea in Scienze e Culture Enogastronomiche (SCEG) a Roma Tre?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ho scelto corso di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma3.it\/corsi\/dipartimento-di-scienze\/l\/2021-2022\/scienze-e-culture-enogastronomiche-0580706202600001\/\">Laurea in Scienze e Culture Enogastronomiche<\/a> quasi per gioco. Fare l&#8217;Universit\u00e0 non era nei miei progetti futuri, anche perch\u00e9 avendo scelto un istituto professionale era pi\u00f9 logico scegliere una carriera lavorativa. Per\u00f2 volevo fare qualcosa di pi\u00f9, volevo imparare di pi\u00f9. Mi \u00e8 \u00a0sempre piaciuto studiare, fin da piccola, essere informata e consapevole su un argomento e quando mi sono imbattuta in SCEG ho capito di voler provare ad intraprendere questo nuovo percorso, per essere pi\u00f9 preparata su temi ed argomenti legati agli alimenti in modo tale da essere un professionista a tutti gli effetti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quali gli aspetti negativi e positivi del corso?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Di SCEG mi piace la completezza. Apprezzo come tutte le materie s\u2019incontrino fra loro e come il bagaglio culturale che sto acquisendo diventi ricco ogni giorno di pi\u00f9. I professori sono disponibili con gli studenti. <a href=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/index.php\/2023\/11\/08\/degustare-un-vino-e-unesperienza\/\">Quello che studiamo<\/a> \u00e8 fatto su misura per ognuno di noi. Ovviamente, ci sono lati un po&#8217; meno piacevoli, come il grande quantitativo di studio che richiede ogni insegnamento e le tempistiche ristrette fra un esame e l\u2019altro, che ti costringono quasi a fare una corsa contro il tempo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dopo la laurea quali progetti futuri?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dopo SCEG voglio prendere la laurea magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari e lavorare come tecnologo o come addetto al controllo qualit\u00e0.
