Il docente, esposte le sue conoscenze nell\u2019ambito in questione, vers\u00f2 ad ognuno un calice di vino, con lo scopo di ampliare le nostre competenze enologiche.<\/p>\n<p>Usando la scheda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bing.com\/search?FORM=K433DF&amp;PC=K433&amp;q=scheda+fisar#\">Fisar<\/a>, abbiamo compreso come eseguire una corretta degustazione, che richiede in realt\u00e0 l\u2019utilizzo quasi completo dei nostri sensi, da attuare in successione: l\u2019esame visivo, olfattivo ed infine gustativo.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esame visivo \u00e8 la prima fase della degustazione, serve ad apprendere le indicazioni sul colore e sulla limpidezza.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/index.php\/2022\/12\/12\/limportanza-dei-5-sensi-in-una-degustazione\/\">olfatto<\/a>, che in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 il senso pi\u00f9 sviluppato in ognuno di noi, viene eseguito stimolando la mucosa olfattiva. Ed \u00e8 grazie ad esso che \u00e8 possibile valutare il profumo, l\u2019intensit\u00e0 degli aromi, e la complessit\u00e0 finale di quello specifico vino.<\/p>\n<h2>Capiamo il gusto, tramite il vino<\/h2>\n<p>Infine vi \u00e8 l\u2019esame gustativo, che, fungendo da legante, \u00e8 in grado di racchiudere i precedenti esami. Confermando o meno le nostre presupposizioni e fornendo dunque un momento conclusivo alla nostra degustazione. Questo senso ci permette di distinguere i diversi sapori, come dolce, salato, acido, amaro e umami.
