Ho scelto SCEG dopo aver conseguito <\/span><span class=\"s2\">, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">il diploma alberghiero mossa da grande curiosit\u00e0 nei confronti del settore <\/span><span class=\"s2\">e del<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> nuovo corso di laurea <\/span><span class=\"s2\">, per la vastit\u00e0 degli insegnamenti <\/span><span class=\"s2\">corredati<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\">\n<div class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s7\">Quali sono i pro e i contro di questo percorso accademico?<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s2\">Variet\u00e0 e vastit\u00e0<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> de<\/span><span class=\"s2\">gli insegnamenti <\/span><span class=\"s2\">forniti<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">sono <\/span><span class=\"s2\">nel contempo pro e contro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s2\">In un primo momento, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">ho provato <\/span><span class=\"s2\">forte difficolt\u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">con <\/span><span class=\"s2\">esami di natura scientifica, spesso non sentendosi in grado di fronteggiarli al meglio poich\u00e9 molto distanti dalla sua preparazione, questo ha causato un accumulo di esami arretrati, che al terzo l\u2019hanno fatta vacillare tanto da pensare di abbandonare gli studi. Alessia per\u00f2 non si \u00e8 data per vinta, ed ha proseguito nel percorso, comprendendo a mano a mano che andava avanti, quanto quelle materie le avessero fornito realmente una preparazione completa e puntuale sui tanti aspetti propri dell\u2019enogastronomia<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, quindi apprezzando la variet\u00e0 degli insegnamenti. <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\">\n<div class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s7\">Dopo la laurea hai progetti di studio\/lavoro? Se s\u00ec quali?<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s2\">Sono molto indecisa <\/span><span class=\"s2\">L\u2019indecisione<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> \u00e8 tanta per Alessia, ma in fondo chi prende certe decisioni a cuor leggero? <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s2\">Molto interessata all\u2019aspetto economico del settore <\/span><span class=\"s2\">ha sempre intravisto<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> un possibile futuro nel marketing legato a questo ambito<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, \u00e8 stato anche questo interesse, in principio, a farle intraprendere il percorso universitario<\/span><span class=\"s2\">; <\/span><span class=\"s2\">sta valutando quindi la possibilit\u00e0 di intraprendere una magistrale in merito.
