Ho deciso di iscrivermi a questo corso sia per la buona impressione che ho avuto durante la presentazione, sia per la grande passione che mi contraddistingue fin dall\u2019infanzia verso il settore del food.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma3.it\/corsi\/dipartimento-di-scienze\/l\/2021-2022\/scienze-e-culture-enogastronomiche-0580706202600001\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1442\" src=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/foto-sceg.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/foto-sceg.png 225w, https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/foto-sceg-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Quali sono gli aspetti positivi e negativi del corso?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti positivi legati al mio corso di laurea, ho molto apprezzato i vari <a href=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/index.php\/2022\/03\/29\/una-scelta-ricaduta-sui-tanti-laboratori-di-sceg\/\">laboratori di enogastronomia<\/a>, perch\u00e9 con questi sono riuscito a coniugare conoscenze pratiche e teoriche; mi sono piaciuti anche i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma3.it\/didattica-programmata\/01616860-c3e3-464d-ad79-4ec16fbd50f7--606e3966-c029-475c-a717-a212a5ea99a7--db7b45197d3a5b22d13cebe9c8ce3082\/\">laboratori di professione enogastronomo<\/a>, che mi hanno aiutato a capire i possibili sbocchi lavorativi e le mie passioni una volta conseguita la laurea. Gli aspetti negativi sono per lo pi\u00f9 legati all\u2019organizzazione, principalmente all\u2019orario delle lezioni che molto spesso si sovrappongono o che non ti permettono di fare una giusta pausa per mantenere alta l\u2019attenzione.<\/p>\n<p><u>E le tue scelte per gli studi futuri e in ambito lavorativo?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Per gli studi futuri la mia idea \u00e8 di spostarmi nell\u2019ambito economico del mondo enogastronomico, in particolare avrei intenzione di iscrivermi al corso di Food marketing e strategie commerciali dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 Cattolica di Piacenza.
