Immagina di avere tante perline di colori diversi e di infilarle una dopo l&#8217;altra per fare una <strong>lunga collana<\/strong>. Allo stesso modo, il nostro corpo mette insieme gli amminoacidi, uno dopo l&#8217;altro, per costruire le proteine, fondamentali per innumerevoli funzioni. Possiamo quindi immaginare gli <strong>aminoacidi<\/strong> come <strong>mattoncini<\/strong> che, uniti da un collante chiamato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chimica-online.it\/organica\/legame-peptidico.htm\"><strong>legame peptidico<\/strong><\/a>, formano una lunga sequenza che d\u00e0 origine ad una proteina. Le <strong>proteine<\/strong> formano la struttura di cellule e tessuti, trasportano molecole come l&#8217;ossigeno, costituiscono gli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treccani.it\/enciclopedia\/anticorpo_(Universo-del-Corpo)\/\">anticorpi<\/a>, che ci difendono dai virus e dai batteri, consentono la contrazione dei muscoli e quindi il
