Ho provato con parole del mio campo: enogastronomo, additivi e glutine.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1. Enogastronomo (target: bambini): l\u2019enogastronomo \u00e8 colui che ama la cucina e la<br \/>scoperta di nuovi sapori. Assaggia i cibi e cerca di capire perch\u00e9 qualcosa \u00e8 buono<br \/>e per quale motivo due sapori stanno bene insieme, come ad esempio il sugo e la<br \/>mozzarella sulla pizza. Glutine (target anziano): Il glutine \u00e8 una proteina che si forma quando si<br \/>impastano acqua e farina di cereali come grano, orzo, segale e farro, dando<br \/>elasticit\u00e0 a pane, pizza e pasta. \u00c8 assente in alimenti come riso, mais, grano<br \/>saraceno, legumi e patate. Additivi alimentari (target bambino): Un additivo alimentare \u00e8 una piccola cosa<br \/>che si aggiunge al cibo per farlo durare di pi\u00f9, avere un bel colore o un sapore pi\u00f9<br \/>buono. Per esempio, viene usato nei succhi di frutta per renderli pi\u00f9 colorati,<br \/>oppure nelle caramelle.
