Questi alimenti contengono <strong>carboidrati<\/strong>, una famiglia di sostanze nutritive che comprende zuccheri, amidi e fibre. Sono composti chimici formati da carbonio, idrogeno e ossigeno, fonte di energia per il corpo.<\/p>\n<p>In ognuna di queste attivit\u00e0, viene utilizzata una forma diversa del carboidrato, facendo degli esempi l\u2019amido viene usato per l\u2019energia e la cellulosa per le pareti cellulari delle cellule nel nostro corpo.<\/p>\n<p>Si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuttomappescuola.it\/i-glucidi\/\">classificano<\/a> a seconda del numero di unit\u00e0 ripetute dei tre atomi che lo compongono, ovvero carbonio, idrogeno e ossigeno che sono tenuti insieme tramite legami glicosidici:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monosaccaridi<\/strong>: formati da una sola unit\u00e0 ripetitiva come per esempio il fruttosio;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oligosaccaridi<\/strong>: formati dalle 2 alle 9 unit\u00e0 ripetitive come per esempio il lattosio;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Polisaccaridi<\/strong>: formati da pi\u00f9 di 10 unit\u00e0 ripetitive come l\u2019amido;<br \/>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-635\" src=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/breads-387544__480-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"carboidrati, classificazione\" width=\"421\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/breads-387544__480-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/breads-387544__480.jpg 723w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 421px) 100vw, 421px\" \/><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Svolgendo molteplici funzioni, ricoprono il 55-60% della razione alimentare, ricavabile da alimenti quali pane, pasta, pizza\u2026 e molto spesso indicati come i colpevoli dell\u2019aumento del peso.<\/p>\n<p>In realt\u00e0 non esistono carboidrati che fanno aumentare il peso corporeo, ma alcuni sono a lenta digestione rispetto ad altri e, allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 importante saper dosare gli alimenti che si stanno utilizzando.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-author\"><div class=\"wp-block-post-author__avatar\"><img alt='' src='https:\/\/secure.gravatar.com\/avatar\/bd5a05aca4d0264103aca9c9a67c0548d309db9ae3a3ff370ee9f956e6fce595?s=48&#038;d=mm&#038;r=g' srcset='https:\/\/secure.gravatar.com\/avatar\/bd5a05aca4d0264103aca9c9a67c0548d309db9ae3a3ff370ee9f956e6fce595?s=96&#038;d=mm&#038;r=g 2x' class='avatar avatar-48 photo' height='48' width='48' \/><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-post-author__content\"><p class=\"wp-block-post-author__byline\">Martina Pieretti<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-post-author__name\">sceglab_students<\/p><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scopriamo la componente principale della maggior parte dei nostri alimenti, ovvero i carboidrati!
