{"id":682,"date":"2022-11-15T18:07:49","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T18:07:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/?p=682"},"modified":"2022-11-15T18:07:50","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T18:07:50","slug":"comunicare-lenogastronomia-come-percorso-post-lauream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sceglab.uniroma3.it\/index.php\/2022\/11\/15\/comunicare-lenogastronomia-come-percorso-post-lauream\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicare l\u2019enogastronomia come percorso post lauream"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Alessandra Melis nata a Roma il 9 marzo 1998 racconta il suo percorso universitario, successivo agli studi linguistici e al diploma conseguito all\u2019istituto turistico, nella triennale in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma3.it\/corsi\/dipartimento-di-scienze\/l\/2021-2022\/scienze-e-culture-enogastronomiche-0580706202600001\/\">Scienze e Culture Enogastronomiche<\/a> dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 degli Studi Roma Tre, dove frequenta il terzo anno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perch\u00e9 hai deciso di scegliere il corso di laurea in Scienze e culture enogastronomiche?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento della scelta dell\u2019universit\u00e0, tra le varie possibilit\u00e0 disponibili, <strong>Scienze e culture enogastronomiche<\/strong> era la pi\u00f9 attinente ai miei interessi. Sono sempre stata appassionata del mondo della cucina, ma non ho mai avuto modo di approfondirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi, una volta letto il programma del corso, ho scelto di provare ad entrare perch\u00e9, oltre a permettere di approfondire ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 la cucina e ci\u00f2 che gira intorno ad essa, offre anche <strong>sbocchi lavorativi<\/strong> interessanti in vari ambiti, cos\u00ec da poter avere un\u2019ampia scelta alla fine del percorso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quali sono gli aspetti positivi e negativi che hai riscontrato in questo percorso accademico?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno degli aspetti positivi di SCEG \u00e8 la <strong>variet\u00e0 delle materie<\/strong> proposte, spazia molto in tutti gli ambiti e non \u00e8 un percorso puramente <strong>scientifico<\/strong>, ma d\u00e0 spunti di interesse diverso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aspetto negativo incontrato \u00e8 stato l\u2019approccio alle materie scientifiche come fisica e chimica organica, per le quali non ho mai avuto opportunit\u00e0 di approfondimento provenendo da un linguistico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dopo la laurea quali sono i tuoi progetti di studio e lavoro?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non ho le idee molto chiare sul mio futuro, sicuramente voglio continuare un percorso di studi, magari una <strong>magistrale<\/strong> in tecnologie alimentari, per\u00f2 vista la mia indecisione vorrei contemporaneamente iniziare a lavorare nell\u2019ambito della <strong>scrittura giornalistica enogastronomica<\/strong>, che spero possa diventare poi una
