Queste sono solo alcune caratteristiche di tale percorso formativo dove non si guarda solo alla teoria, ma anche alla pratica attraverso laboratori.<\/p>\n<p>Martina Miniucchi, 21 anni di Fara Sabina, \u00e8 una studentessa del terzo anno di SCEG, presso l\u2019universit\u00e0 degli studi\u00a0 di Roma Tre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perch\u00e9 la scelta del percorso di laurea in Scienze e Culture Enogastronomiche?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>Ho scelto il percorso di SCEG per le materie scientifiche, e non, che offre. Sono appassionata di enologia e di gastronomia e vorrei poter ampliare questa mio interesse \u00a0con lo studio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali gli aspetti positivi e negativi di questo percorso accademico?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>Sicuramente tra gli aspetti positivi c\u2019\u00e8 la partecipazione ai vari laboratori, dove \u00e8 possibile applicare\u00a0 ci\u00f2 che si studia con le materie teoriche. Infatti, il corso di Scienze e Culture Enogastronomiche offre laboratori legati alla chimica, alla biologia ma anche alla scienza dell&#8217;enogastronomia e dell&#8217;enologia. \u00a0Un esempio, \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di seguire il corso base di sommelier con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisar.org\/\">FISAR<\/a>. Purtroppo, non mancano gli aspetti negativi come l\u2019organizzazione del dipartimento che \u00e8 un fattore importante per noi studenti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dopo la laurea, quali sono i progetti di studio e\/o di lavoro?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>Al conseguimento della laurea continuer\u00f2 gli studi, per approfondire gli aspetti degustativi, probabilmente come sommelier. E magari riuscire a lavorare in un\u2019enoteca, mettendo direttamente in pratica ci\u00f2 che affronto durante il mio percorso formativo. Un altra strada che vorrei continuare e approfondire \u00e8 quello della comunicazione enogastronomica. Un settore che oggi sta trovando molte vie nel campo della ristorazione.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-author\"><div class=\"wp-block-post-author__avatar\"><img alt=''
