La risposta \u00e8 no, ovviamente. Ci ha pensato un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volmarpackaging.it\/cose-un-additivo-alimentare-e-cosa-prevedono-le-normative\/#:~:text=Quali%20sono%20gli%20additivi%20alimentari%3F%201%20Coloranti%20%28E100-E199%29%3A,migliorano%20alcune%20caratteristiche%20fisiche%20degli%20alimenti%3B%20Altri%20elementi\">additivo alimentare<\/a>, il colorante, una sostanza messa nel cibo per poterlo colorare senza cambiare il suo sapore. Esistono molti tipi di additivi alimentari con funzioni diverse .<\/p>\n<p>Un altro esempio sono gli \u201cesaltatori di sapidit\u00e0&#8221;, servono a rendere tutto pi\u00f9 buono e saporito. Sono presenti in alcuni piatti salati come patatine fritte o nel dado usato nel brodo per fare la minestrina.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impiego di essi \u00e8 regolato da una serie di norme europee e italiane, come il <strong>Regolamento UE 1169\/2011<\/strong>\u00a0che disciplina gli obblighi di indicazione di tali sostanze nelle etichette dei prodotti alimentari. Il\u00a0<strong>Regolamento CE 1333\/2008<\/strong>, invece, stabilisce i criteri per ottenere l\u2019autorizzazione per i nuovi additivi alimentari e raggruppa i vari tipi di additivi.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i prodotti alimentari che contengono additivi devono\u00a0<strong>indicarlo nell\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.volmarpackaging.it\/etichette-per-alimenti-come-crearle-a-norma-di-legge\/\">etichetta<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>tossicit\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0degli additivi alimentari, specie quelli di sintesi chimica, \u00e8 uno degli argomenti pi\u00f9 discussi e controversi in ambito medico e alimentare. Alla domanda sull\u2019effettiva<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuttogreen.it\/additivi-alimentari\/#Additivi_alimentari_pericolosi\"> pericolosit\u00e0 di alcuni additivi<\/a>, la risposta \u00e8 \u201cdipende\u201d.
